CNC Press Brakes

A CNC brake press is a hydraulic-based machine that is programmed to bend sheet metal with high precision, with minimal human intervention in the process. This means fewer functional errors, accurate shapes outputs and perfect bends forming. As a result, the CNC brake press allows us to carry on production efficiently, while also maintaining the highest quality standards.

Our shop is equipped with 2 CNC press brake machines at our premises. Currently, we operate a Ermak Power Bend brake press, with pressure application capacities of 265 ton, and a 14-foot bed.

We also have an Amada 80-ton brake press with an 8-foot bed that allows us to bend sheets of metal with smaller dimensions.

Having 2 running machines we are able to delegate large work capacity and produce large volume of fabricated metal products.

We have one of the best selections of press brake dies in the city, which gives us the ability to bend a variety of different metal shapes.

Brake Press Usages:

• It is used to cold-form sheet metal in the desired shape.
