CNC Plasma Cutting

Our Multi Cam CNC Plasma Cutter has a cutting envelope 72’’ by 144’’ and is used to cut different kinds of metals and thickness is up to 1 inch. This machine uses the power of plasma to melt metal sheets as programmed. They are widely used in the HVAC industry for cutting sheet metal fittings. The plasma machine also does a good job of cutting counterweight biscuits for the elevator industry.

Plasma Cutter vs Laser Cutting

There are two main industrial cutting machines: CNC Plasma Cutter and CNC Laser Cutter. The cut is not as defined on a plasma as it is on a fiber laser, but it can be used as a cheaper alternative if the quality of the cut Is not a concern.
